Tanglwood Lakes

Tanglwood Lakes is a 900 acre planned community of single family home nestled in a pristine woodland environment adjacent to Lake Wallenpaupack in Pike County, Northeast Pennsylvania. Tanglwood Lakes also shared the County with 40,000 acres of National Park Service land and 100,000 acres of Pennsylvania State Parks and Game Lands.

Tanglwood Lakes amenities are beautifully designed to offer residents a wide variety of recreational opportunities. Centered in the community is Lake Tanglwood, a 35 acre lake available for fishing, canoeing and row boating. Hikers enjoy a 42 acres nature park with marked trails, a wildlife preserve and a trout stream. Tennis enthusiasts have access to all weather tennis courts. A community center is available for parties, meetings, classes and indoor/outdoor activities.

Tanglwood Lakes Beach and Boat Marina is situated on 6 acres on Lake Wallenpaupack which is one of Pennsylvania’s largest lakes at 13 miles long with 52 miles of shoreline. The private beach includes a guarded sandy swimming beach, bath house, picnic gazebo, volleyball & horseshoes. The boat marina has a 106 slip dock area and launch ramp to accommodate resident boaters

The manicured greens and fairways of Paupack Hills Golf and Country Club wind their way through Tanglwood Lakes Community. The 18 hole golf course was designed by George and Tom Fazio and includes many spectacular views of the woodlands and Lake Wallenpaupack.


Fun Fact: Paupack Hills Golf Course was designed by Tom Fazio, who also designed Pinehurst Resort.
