Will is a third generation native of the Hawley/Lake Wallenpaupack/Lake Ariel region, where he continues to live with his family (Abby and their two wonderful boys, Cade and Levi). When he is not tending to the real estate needs of his clients, he can be found coaching his kid’s sports teams, playing music, taking photography, and tinkering with technology, drones, etc.

Will entered the real estate industry shortly after graduating from Penn State University and the Smeal College of Business where he received his degree in accounting with a minor in "The Legal Environment of Business." Realizing his passion early on, he excelled in his real estate coursework which included: urban real estate; economic forces affecting property rights; real estate markets and finance; land-use analysis; government policies, historical performance, land use issues, market valuation, real estate development, and public policy issues. 

He is the president elect of the Pike Wayne Association of Realtors, the Vice Chairman of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors' legislative committee and sits on the Pennsylvania Association Realtors of Board of Directors, Horizon Committee, Public Policy Coordinating Committee, and the Professional Standards Cooperative Pool. He serves on the Pike County "Scenic & Rural Character Preservation" board.
